What do I do with a Faulty Item?

If you have a product that has developed a fault, it will need to be returned to us so that we can sort it under warranty for you.

Here is the procedure for returning a faulty item:
1.    Fill in the Faulty Form detailing the issue with the item and including any photos you may have
2.    We will email you back with a unique RMA number and let you know how to get the parcel back to us
3.    Return the parcel with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the parcel
4.    We will let you know as soon as the item arrives back with us and keep you up to date on the progress of the return


FIRST 30 DAYS
If an item becomes faulty within the first 30 days of receiving an order, you are entitled to a refund, replacement or store credit.

AFTER 30 DAYS
If an item becomes faulty after 30 days of receiving an order, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or store credit but not a refund.  Occasionally, the manufacturer may choose to repair an item where that is a quick and convenient solution.

PLEASE NOTE
Warranty periods do not restart when a product is replaced.  For example, if a pair of shoes with a 1 year warranty develop a fault after 6 months and they are replaced, the new shoes are now under warranty for 6 months, not another 12.

 
IMPORTANT
Please note that in all warranty claims/faults with items, Scottsdale Golf must be informed.
We will not compensate customers for organising repairs of faulty items or purchasing replacements without being told of this in advance.
If you have an issue with anything you have purchased from Scottsdale Golf, we will remedy that for you.
