What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from the time you receive your order to return it for a refund.
Please note that custom fit and personalised orders cannot be returned.
We do not offer exchanges. Please send your item back send your item back for a refund and place a new order.
Original Condition
With all returns, please return your items in the condition in which you received them. Obviously we want you to try your items on or have a look at them so you are comfortable with them like you would do in a shop - just be careful with any clothing tags and packaging. Items missing tags and packaging will be returned to the customer.
Shoe Boxes
Please take care when returning shoe boxes. We insist on not sending shoe boxes back to us with no external packaging. Please do not tape up the box or stick returns labels directly on the shoe box. Returns received in this fashion or with no shoe box will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. 10% will be taken off your refund.
