How do I return a UK Order?

For UK customers, all returns can be easily and quickly set up using our Returns Portal.
You can send them back using a tracked DPD.  £2.99 will be taken off the amount of your refund.

You can send items back using a service of your choice but we recommend using a tracked service.

Here is how to use the service.

This service is fully tracked and signed for by Scottsdale Golf upon receipt.
1. Go to our Returns Portal at www.scottsdalegolf.co.uk/returns or start a return from My Account
2. Enter your order number and delivery postcode
3. Select the items that you would like to return
4. Create your Returns label on the DPD website
5. Take it to a DPD Drop Off point - find your nearest one here
6. Keep a record of your tracking number
7. £2.99 will be taken off the amount of your refund
